Been using Home cleaning services for almost a year. Their customer service is excellent! They responded to my queries and solved my problems quickly every time I've contacted them. The cleaners do a good job. There are a handful of reliable cleaners I regularly request for, and they don't disappoint. The mobile app user experience could be smoother though, especially since it's the primary way to set up cleaning jobs. The excellent customer service makes this far better than other options, in my opinion

I enjoy using Home cleaning services when I'm lazy or have a specific job. They have a wide range of cleaners so it's hit and miss as to the desired level of work accomplished. Some need constant supervision and reinforcement of your vision of clean so if you've got the time and inclination to monitor then great.. . That said, nobody has a right to complain if that level isn't accomplished. They're booked by time and they're not machines. If it takes them the entire time booked to do one or two rooms up to your standards that's on you, book longer next time. If they can get an entire place done up to your standards in the alloted time then win win.. . As long as they're working and not playing on a phone or slacking off (Never has happened with me) then it's a good service. Any time you might read, doesn't work fast enough, pretty much raises red flags that the person booking is a high maintenance cheapskate. . I have my favorite team I will use every time and I suggest that if you find someone you like or even someone you deem trainable to your tastes keep them and don't go for random crew. It's just wasted time on your part saying the same thing week to week.. . Give them a try and see how it goes, good luck

We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies in the past and by far this company is superior in their work. The carpets look amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better job. the technician was friendly and knowledgeable about his job which I appreciate. It made me feel that it just wasn't someone out of the blue they hired. He knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend this company. He did an amazing job
